CrossFit

Our CrossFit classes combine strength, conditioning and functional movement into constantly varied workouts designed to get results. Expect a mix of barbell work, gymnastics and cardio, all coached in a structured and supportive environment. Whether you’re new or experienced, sessions are scaled to your level so you can progress safely, build confidence and improve overall fitness.

Hybrid

Our Hybrid classes are built around high-output conditioning with a focus on sustained effort and repeatable intensity. Expect formats like AMRAPs and EMOMs using movements such as wall balls, ski, rowing and running to keep you working hard throughout. These sessions are designed to build engine, improve pacing and develop the ability to perform under fatigue without relying on heavy lifting.

Weightlifting

Our Weightlifting classes focus on developing strength, power and technical skill in key lifts such as the clean and jerk, snatch and squats. With a structured approach and detailed coaching, you’ll refine your technique while progressively building strength. Suitable for all levels, whether you’re learning the basics or looking to improve your lifting performance.

Endurance

Endurance is our high-intensity conditioning class focused on improving stamina, aerobic capacity and mental toughness. Sessions are typically interval-based, using a mix of machines, bodyweight movements and light resistance work to keep your heart rate high. Ideal for anyone looking to boost fitness, burn calories and improve performance without heavy lifting.
