Facilities
A 10,000 sq. ft. gym in Newcastle
Our 10,000 sq ft facility in Newcastle has been designed to give every member the space and equipment they need to train properly. At the heart of the gym is a large CrossFit training floor, purpose built for coached classes of up to 24 people, with plenty of room for lifting, gymnastics and conditioning work.
Alongside this sits a dedicated side hall for athletes preparing for Hyrox and other functional endurance events, complete with the space and equipment needed for sled work, running intervals and race specific training. We also offer an open gym area for members who want to follow their own programme, practise skills or add extra strength work around classes.

Meet the CrossFit Tyneside team
Meet our experienced and approachable coaching team, who are here to support you every step of the way. Our coaches bring a wealth of knowledge across strength training, conditioning and functional fitness, and are passionate about helping every member progress. Whether you’re completely new to CrossFit or an experienced athlete chasing performance goals, they’ll guide you with clear instruction, encouragement and attention to detail so you can train safely, build confidence and keep improving.
