No two days will be the same at CrossFit Tyneside.
We don’t settle for the same sets, reps and exercises, week in and week out. If you’ve perfected a workout,
you’re no longer pushing your boundaries. Variety will evolve your capability. So when you land in our gym,
be ready for that journey. Whatever the exercise, and in every interval – we give it our all. CrossFit is about
reaching fitness through a variety of intense interval training sessions. Take this one day at a time, people.

Our coaches and staff are professionally qualified to support you, and driven to reach new heights
themselves. As a venue, we think progress comes with an open mind and open ears. If you think we could
do better, by doing something different – we’re keen to take and act on feedback.
Progress will look different, member to member – but for all of us, it will feel the same. From one member
to the next, their progress reflects your progress. The encouragement you give and receive. Your will to
keep going.
